From washing and delivery to our customer care team, we are your one-stop-shop for all of your laundry needs. We are committed to providing a reasonable, high-quality laundry delivery service to our community. This promise is our special touch.

You schedule a pickup day most convenient for you. Our driver then picks up your clothes and delivers them to our laundry care team who will wash and fold your clothes according to your custom preferences. Your clothes are delivered back to you within 24 hours for regular wash and fold, or within 2-4 days if it’s a dry cleaning.
You can leave the laundry in any bag you may have. We accept other laundry bags or even garbage bags are ok. Just in something our drivers can put in our vans. At drop-off, your laundry will be returned in our FREE laundry bags for you to keep for your next order!
You will receive a notification the morning of your pickup and drop-off with a time window of the drivers arrival. You do not need to be home at all for the pickup and drop-off! In your account, under pickup/ drop-off instructions you can add any notes for our drivers including building codes and where they can find the laundry you left for them. When the laundry is picked up and dropped off you will also receive a confirmation text.
Yes we do! Please place dry cleaning in a separate bag from wash and fold that is clearly marked. Under your pickup and drop-off instructions also specify the bag for dry cleaning. And also please let our drivers know that it is for dry cleaning. If these steps are not followed, we will not be responsible for any damage of clothing.
Your laundry will be returned to you within 24 hours. Dry cleaning does have a 3-4 day turnaround so please keep that in mind when placing your dry cleaning order.
For our Weekly customers, Pick up and Delivery is free.
For Pay as You Go orders, we charge a $5.95 transport fee.
We do not have a minimum lb amount but we do have a $30 dollar minimum.
