FAQ

Click on  Start Service, enter your address and follow the prompts to schedule your first pickup!

You schedule a pickup day most convenient for you. Our driver then picks up your clothes and delivers them to our laundry care team who will wash and fold your clothes according to your custom preferences. Your clothes are delivered back to you within 24 hours for regular wash and fold.

You can leave the laundry in any bag you may have. We accept other laundry bags or even garbage bags are ok. Just in something our drivers can put in our vans. At drop-off, your laundry will be returned in our FREE laundry bags for you to keep for your next order!

You will receive a notification the morning of your pickup and drop-off with a time window of the drivers arrival. You do not need to be home at all for the pickup and drop-off! In your account, under pickup/ drop-off instructions you can add any notes for our drivers including building codes and where they can find the laundry you left for them. When the laundry is picked up and dropped off you will also receive a confirmation text.

At this moment, we do not. 

Your laundry will be returned to you within 24 hours. 

For our Weekly customers, Pick up and Delivery is free.

For Pay as You Go orders, we charge a $5.95 transport fee.

We do not have a minimum lb amount but we do have a $30 dollar minimum.

We absolutely do! We have clients from a number of industries including Rent The Runway, Aesop, Clean Market, Chambers Center for Well-Being, Macys, FAO Schwarz and many more. We can do anything from towels and sheets to lab coats and scrubs. Please reach out to us directly for custom pricing. We will tailor a flexible plan for your business.
