How To Schedule A Pickup or Update Your Payment Details
We strive for a better and easier user experience for all our clients. We have prepared the following guide to explain how to log into our platform, manage your account, update your payment information, and place orders.
The steps are the same if you are on your smartphone or on a computer. If you need further help, do not hesitate to contact us through the chat button on this page.
Log Into Your Account or Create a New Account
Your online account is always attached to your phone number and address.
To log into your account or create a new account, the process is the same.
Since your account will be attached to your mobile number, it is important that you have your phone near you while scheduling pickups or updating your account information.
Add your Phone Number in the indicated fields
Click Send Verification Code
You will receive the verification code on your phone within a few seconds. Once the code is received, type it in the indicated field
Confirm your address and add details as necessary. E.g.: Apt 102. You can also choose if you want us to leave your clean laundry at your door in case you are not home. Click Save & Continue.
You have now successfully logged into your account
Scheduling Your Pickup
Please follow the steps below:
Click on the New order button
Choose Dry Cleaning Laundry, or both and click SELECT
Select your pickup day
Click Schedule pickup & delivery
Opt-in or Opt-out of recurring orders. To opt-out, simply click Not now. To opt-in, choose the desired frequency and click Apply
Pickup Details
Here you’ll set up your pickup and laundry preferences.
Check if the desired service(s) are correct
Confirm your selection of Pay as You Go or Weekly pickup
Choose how many bags of laundry you have
Click My Care Preferences to select options such as the type of fabric softener you prefer, bleach choices, brand of detergent and more
Click Save Preferences at the bottom of this screen, then click NEXT to review your pickup order
Review and Submit Your Pickup Order | Update Your Payment Info
At this screen you can review your details
Add your payment method (and promo code if you have one!)
If everything is correct, click SUBMIT ORDER.
You’re all set! Your laundry pickup and delivery has been scheduled, and you will receive a confirmation message
Managing Your Recurring Pickups
You can easily manage your recurring pickup orders. There is full flexibility to change dates, skip weeks you’re out of town, edit laundry preferences, etc.
At any time after logging in, click on the 3 horizontal lines on the top left to open your account menu
From there you can manage your recurring pickup orders and make any changes desired
